Welcome to VIPshiksha.com. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.
For Teachers:
- (1) • By creating a Tutor Profile at vipshiksha, you agree to receive SMS and email alerts about classes based on your profile. To unsubscribe from these alerts, log in to your profile and navigate to the “My Account” section.
- (2) • Tutors must submit a copy of their Address Proof ([Document Redacted], Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, etc.), two colored passport-size photographs, and their most recent educational qualification.
- (3) • Tutors should engage solely in tutoring activities and refrain from any fraudulent activities, such as taking money for admissions into colleges/schools or other fraudulent proposals.
- (4) • In the event of any fraud committed by a tutor against a student or vipshiksha, legal action will be taken against the tutor.
- (5) • Tutors must promptly update their current address and phone/mobile number if there are any changes and provide their ID proof to clients upon request.
- (6) • vipshiksha reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any conditions at any time.
- (7) • Tutors are expected to be punctual, professional in their behavior, and dress appropriately when visiting clients for trial or regular classes.
For Parents/Students:
- (1) • vipshiksha will help you find a tutor that best suits your child’s requirements but does not guarantee success in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
- (2) • Home tutors should be treated with respect and dignity.
- (3) • The final decision to choose a particular tutor for your child is yours.
- (4) • Tutors will teach your child only if at least one parent is present in the house.
- (5) • You may request identity proof and qualification records from the tutor before starting classes. We do not guarantee document verification.
- (6) • It is recommended to pay tuition fees through our platform. We will pay the tutor at the end of your sessions only after receiving class status confirmation from you. If you pay the tutor directly and a dispute arises, vipshiksha will not be responsible.
- (7) • vipshiksha does not guarantee the student’s progress and is not responsible for any theft or misconduct by the tutor. Parents or caretakers should observe the tutoring sessions.
- (8) • If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested to stop using this platform immediately.
- (9) • vipshiksha reserves the right to change any or all of these terms and conditions with or without prior notice.
Conditions*
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name https://www.vipshiksha.com (‘Website’), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform’).
The Platform is owned by LAWHED GROUP, a company incorporated under the MINISTRY OF MICRO,SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISES. with its registered office at ZAMANIA GHAZIPUR UP – 232329 , INDIA (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).
Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations with the Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, ‘Services’). Any terms and conditions proposed by you which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect.

These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information.
- You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.
- You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, privacy Policy, and other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules, or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
- These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghazipur and Uttar Pradesh.
